When you create a CoreFlex account or use the platform, we collect information such as your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) basic profile information from your Google account. Store Owners additionally provide business details needed to operate a store (store name, contact details, tax and shipping configuration).
2. How we use it
We use this information to provide and operate the platform, process subscription billing, send account and order-related notifications, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Payment information
Subscription and checkout payments are processed by third-party payment providers (which may include Paddle, PayPal, Flutterwave, Telr, and Paystack depending on the transaction). CoreFlex does not store full card numbers — payment credentials are handled directly by these providers under their own privacy and security policies.
4. Third-party services
We use third-party services to operate CoreFlex, which may process data on our behalf, including: Google (sign-in), our payment providers (billing), and infrastructure/hosting providers. Each acts under its own privacy terms for the data it processes.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your country, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
6. Data retention
We retain account and transaction information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations after account closure.
