1. What CoreFlex is
CoreFlex is a software platform that lets a business ("Store Owner") create and operate its own online store — catalog, cart, checkout, and order management — under a paid subscription. CoreFlex provides the platform and tools; each Store Owner is solely responsible for the products, pricing, content, and customer service of their own store.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use CoreFlex.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Store Owners pay a recurring subscription fee for access to the platform, billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Fees are processed by our third-party payment providers. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use CoreFlex to sell illegal goods or services, infringe on intellectual property, commit fraud, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Store Owner responsibilities
Each Store Owner is responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, compliance with consumer protection and tax law in the countries they sell into, and resolving disputes with their own customers, including returns and refunds for products sold through their store.
6. Limitation of liability
CoreFlex is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreFlex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, or for disputes between a Store Owner and their customers.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoreFlex after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
